This is an absolutely amazing hotel in a central (but totally away from traffic noise) location. The moment we got near the door there were so many friendly faces greeting us and everyone was really helpful. The decor is low key art deco, the room was a great size with a beautiful bathroom. I’ve never slept in such a comfortable bed, with the nicest, crisp white linen and perfect pillows. As it was my birthday we had been left a card, champagne on ice and delicious chocolate birthday cake. This is hands down the most fabulous place to stay, I’ve never had such friendly and amazing service by ALL the staff at the hotel, I can’t recommend this highly enough!

This could be one of the more perfect hotels in London. It's in a perfect location (near Hyde Park, wonderful shopping, central), it beautifully appointed, and has one of the best staff we've ever encountered. From Gunther, to Lionel and the entire team - we were always welcomed and given superb service. I can't recommend it enough.

breakfast was first class and location was fantastic , no need for taxi's , we normally stay at the savoy and this hotel exceeded this for room quality , breakfast was better than the savoy and the location was fantastic , a real hidden gem in my opinion . the spa and gym were first class and very modern and clean . the bar in the hotel matched the savoy American bar minus the piano !!

The decor is superb, pure Art Deco at its finest. Rooms are very comfortable. The staff are all very friendly, especially in the restaurant. The location is excellent with Selfridges just around the corner.

The hotel was lovely, the staff was very friendly. The little details made the stay extra special - the rooms were gorgeous and came stocked with goodies. The dice and cards were a wonderful touch. Cocktails at the bar were delicious, as was the afternoon tea. In short, we couldn't have been happier.

Amazing & friendly staff - gorgeous bar - attentive room service - respected privacy - delicious bathroom amenities - phone easily paired with TV - loved the in-room tea & snacks - thank you for the various choice of slippers - in-room safe very secure - lovely view from floor 5!
